J-Ballz shot this photo of fashion designer Jeremy Scott at Coachella this year. Jeremy Scott is best known for his outrageous and sometimes comical designs. He made a name for himself working in Paris for years and now can be seen all over the place, especially LA and the Rose Bowl Swap Meet.
