Chocolat & Akito… The Cool Sound From Japan

Chocolat & Akito visited UNIV in Encinitas the other day. They are a cool duo from Japan and are over in San Diego to record with local musicians The Mattson 2. Chocolat began her singing career at age 18, with the release of her first single Blue Mint Blue. She then married Akito Katayose and they began to put out music as Chocolat & Akito. Their sound is very down-tempo and jazzy, with classic romantic R&B tracks.
