The 1971 Honda CB500 Four

It was an elegant sports bike known for smoothness, comfort and reliability, proving capable of brisk touring. It had a smart color scheme and a tidy looking power unit with an upright bank of cylinders. The bike had a top speed over 110mph.
According to Honda’s Dan Wright, “this was a very popular bike in the early 70’s. It was only the second Honda in line 4 cylinder engine we made for mass production. It was also the second production motorcycle that came with hydraulic disc brake in the front.”
