Encinitas Taco Shop Review #2 By One People Project

For lunch today One People Project decided to make their way over to another Encinitas hot spot, Karina’s Taco Shop. Karina’s has always been a great summertime spot being right down the street from Beacons and Grandview Beach.
Today the choice was the local favorite, California Burrito. Karina’s makes the best California burrito in town, also the largest. Karina’s Cali Burrito is only $3.89, a great way to fill up if you’re on a budget. The Cali Burrito consists of Carne Asada, French Fries, Cheese, and Sour Crème, and wrapped in an extra large tortilla.
