SIMA Surf Industry Conference Cabo 2008

We just got back from the SIMA surf industry conference in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. It consisted of 300 of the surf industry’s biggest players; they convene every year to pass out awards, discuss macro issues and figure out how to best represent and grow the market.
In addition to surfing, there is a lot of drinking and networking that goes on. Some outside speakers came in to inspire and encourage, including Zappos.com founder and CEO Tony Hsieh.
