Shinehead By Robust Flavor

Shinehead brought dancehall style reggae meets hip hop to the scene in the mid to late 80s. Shinehead aka Edmund Carl Aiken was born in Jamaica and then moved to the US.

Originally debuting in 1986 with Who The Cap Fits (Let Them Wear It), Shinehead then signed to Elektra records and released Chain Gang Rap, Ragamuffin and many more hits. He became a regular on Yo! MTV Raps and is still keeping it real to this day. We wore his cassette tapes out back then to say the least!
